Terms of Service

Having placed an order through our site you will receive an automatic email from our system confirming your order.  Our payment provider is Shopify Payments, they will debit your card at point of order using their secure system.

We do not store payment card details, nor do we share payment specifics with any 3rd parties.  Your payment details are securely processed off site by Shopify Payments and never seen by any of our staff members.

LETTERS You are responsible for ensuring that the names, addresses, and other information are correct.  Please make sure all spelling and grammar are thoroughly checked in the ‘free writing’ paragraphs (where applicable), as we can ot be held responsible for any mistakes.  Due to privacy, we do not check these letters; they are processed, printed, and packed.   

* Whilst we endeavour to ALWAYS fulfil your order to the exact, we have the right to change items to a similar product.  All products will remain the same quality and quantity as ordered; however, colours, themes and concepts may be changed to allow us to provide the service in time for Christmas.
